Seeking an IT Account Manager to manage a portfolio of 40–60 clients, drive adoption of digital procurement solutions, and uncover future IT projects. This role blends account management, business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their IT strategy and procurement needs
* Promote digital procurement tools and deliver tailored demonstrations
* Manage and grow an active client portfolio with structured engagement
* Identify and qualify future IT projects
* Register and progress strategic opportunities with partners and vendors
* Prospect for new clients and build a robust sales pipeline
* Collaborate with technical teams and supply chain to shape solutions
* Maintain accurate CRM data and provide reliable forecasting
* Meet KPIs across engagement, revenue, GP, and pipeline generation
