Financial Controller required for a fast growing FMCG / Retail SME business with an excellent working culture and plans to double in size in the next year and quadruple in the next 5 years.

Whilst reporting into the Managing Director you will manage 1 person and will focus on putting meaningful processes and controls in place to ensure future planning and to mitigate risk.
Key accountability's and duties include:
To improve and implement processes to ensure financial Control and future growth can be accommodated.
Cash-flow forecasting to drive short and long term financial planning.
Management reporting along with meaningful commentary
Oversight of Payables and receivables, including improving processes through one direct report.
Multi-currency exposure, highly desirable.
This is a hands on role requiring someone who is excited about the journey with a can do attitude.
Ideally suited to a recently qualified individual with broad accounting exposure although candidates who are part qualified or qualified by experience will also be considered.
