Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of skilled carpenters? Do you have the experience and enthusiasm to inspire learners in a hands-on, practical environment? Morgan Hunt seeking a Carpentry Lecturer to join our Construction & Trades team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and training to students on a range of carpentry and joinery courses - from beginner to advanced levels.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging theory and practical carpentry sessions in workshops and classrooms
* Support learners with assessments, feedback, and progress tracking
* Ensure a safe and effective learning environment
* Contribute to curriculum development and course planning
* Stay up-to-date with industry standards and practices
✅ About You:
* Relevant Level 3 qualification (or higher) in Carpentry and Joinery
* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
* Industry experience in carpentry and a strong understanding of current practices
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passion for education and student success
* Enhanced DBS
