We are working with a highly regarded Top 50 UK law firm that is seeking experienced clinical Negligence Solicitors to join its nationally recognised defendant clinical negligence team in Manchester. This award-winning firm offers a collaborative and supportive environment, along with the autonomy to handle complex, high-value clinical negligence cases.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing a defendant caseload, acting on behalf of healthcare providers, NHS Trusts and insurers
The role includes:
* Handling a wide range of clinical negligence claims
* Delivering excellent client care and communication
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Participating in internal business development and contributing to firm-wide initiatives
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should be:
* A Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
* Experienced in clinical negligence or defendant personal injury claims
* A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
* Willing to contribute to the broader success of the team and firm
