What you’ll do:
1. Drive performance: You’ll play a key role in analysing and tracking the performance of our Retail Business, working with Financial, Distribution, and Operational Data.
2. Create insights: Extract and transform data using Excel and Power BI to deliver meaningful, actionable reports for stakeholders at all levels.
3. Spot opportunities: Use your analytical mindset to identify trends and patterns that can help us improve both our performance and the experience we deliver to our customers.
4. Collaborate and support: Work closely with a variety of stakeholders across Mid-Market, SME eTrade, Zurich Private Clients, Schemes, and Personal Lines MGA businesses—all in a supportive, collaborative environment.
5. Champion data quality: Ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and help build robust datasets that underpin our future success.
