Job Title
Theatre Practitioner / ODP in Anaesthesia at Anaesthetics Vale Hospital. Permanent, full time, 37.5 hours weekly, competitive salary based on experience.
Role Summary
As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP, you will work with leading consultants and like‑minded professionals to provide high‑quality, evidence‑based care to patients undergoing anaesthetic procedures.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the safe administration of anaesthetics and monitor patient vital signs throughout surgical procedures.
* Collaborate closely with anaesthetists and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain a sterile operating theatre environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
* Supervise, support, and develop junior staff members.
* Participate in the planning and execution of a varied caseload using state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities.
Qualifications & Experience
* Registered with an appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
* Post‑registration experience and a passion for exceptional patient care.
* Team‑player attitude and strong communication skills.
* Accurate, detail‑oriented, and empathetic approach to patient care.
