Administration and Facilities Officer
Location
The post will be based at Pontllanfraith, with possible travel across the region.
Hours
37 hours per week - flexible to meet the needs of the business, core hours are 9:00 - 5:00 Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced administrator to join our team. Ensuring the effective operation of the Ty Mynyddislwyn Environment Centre, and the Administration function of Groundwork Wales, ensuring a high level of housekeeping, hygiene and preparation for all users. Reception duties, organisational administration, HR administration, and office security as appropriate.
Essential Skills
* Excellent telephone manner
* Customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to communicate with others, both within and outside Groundwork and work as a committed and supportive team member
* Excellent IT literacy including all Microsoft applications
