Salary & Location
Salary Level 2: £27,009 - £27,823 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience). Salary Level 3: £28,072 to £33,020 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience). Location: Sonning, Reading.
Role Overview
Early Years Practitioner position at Bright Horizons Sonning Lane Day Nursery and Preschool. The nursery boasts a redeveloped, airy environment with a private heated indoor swimming pool and a large garden.
Responsibilities
* Plan, create, implement, and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
* Create a safe environment that encourages children to express themselves and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
* Facilitate small group swimming lessons under the guidance of qualified swimming instructors.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
* Ability to build trust and work partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
