Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, cohabitation, and children proceedings
* Preparing court documents, attending hearings, and liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
* Advising clients with empathy, clarity, and professionalism
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legal aid procedures where applicable
* Representing clients in negotiations and at court where required
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE) with experience in family law
* Strong knowledge of private and public family law matters
* Legal Aid experience is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication and advocacy skills
* Able to manage a busy caseload independently
* Committed to client care and ethical legal practice
