The Role:
The Dual Registered Manager will be responsible for:
4. Overseeing the operations of a 4-bed EBD home in Redditch and a 3-bed EBD home in South Birmingham
5. Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and maintaining current GOOD grading
6. Leading and supporting a team of Deputy Managers and care staff
7. Managing budgets and resources effectively
8. Developing and implementing care plans tailored to the needs of children aged 8 to 16
The Candidate:
The ideal Dual Registered Manager will have:
9. Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated home
