Manpower Driving and Logistics are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our national clients. We have an existing vacancy for a part time Transport Administrator in Immingham.
The role will include -
Processing payroll by cross checking tachograph records
Stock control and ordering PPE and office stationary
Raising PO numbers for invoices
Filing defect notes, pre-start checklists and other paperwork
Assisting with driver queries
Candidate requirements -
will need to have a good telephone manner
experience completing general admin duties
computer literate with a good attention to detail
Good communicator who will enjoy speaking to the drivers
Ideally some experience in a transport related role
The hours of work will be 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, either 12pm - 4pm or 1pm - 5pm.
This position is an immediate start and is an ongoing role.
