What you’ll be doing
✔ Delivering dynamic, engaging Spanish lessons that hook learners from the first minute
✔ Bringing language learning alive through creativity, conversation and cultural awareness
✔ Building strong relationships and supporting students of varying abilities
✔ Maintaining a positive, purposeful classroom environment
✔ Planning and assessing (for long‑term roles) to ensure strong progress
What we’re looking for
1. QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
2. Genuine passion for MFL and inspiring young people
3. Strong subject knowledge and high expectations
4. Energy, presence and the ability to engage KS3–KS4 learners
5. Flexibility to work across short or long‑term placements
