We’re not just looking for someone to “manage marketing ops.” We need an automation architect, a content amplification mastermind, and a growth hacker rolled into one. Someone who doesn’t just track leads but builds high-speed, AI-powered content machines that turn one killer piece of content into a dozen—without breaking a sweat.
This role is about scaling smart—ensuring that every blog, podcast, or long-form asset we create is sliced, diced, converted and/or distributed across multiple platforms at speed. You’ll be the engine behind our content and marketing automation, making sure everything flows seamlessly.

Responsibilities
* Marketing automation wizard – You eat, sleep, and breathe Zapier, Gumloop, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (or similar platforms).
* Speed is your superpower – You know how to take a single video or blog and turn it into a multi-platform content explosion at scale.
* Data-obsessed strategist – You love dashboards, tracking, and optimizing performance metrics—but you also get the big picture of how it fuels growth.
* Tinkerer at heart – You’re constantly experimenting, optimizing, and automating to get more out of every campaign.
* Experience in paid media & CRM integration – Knowing how to connect the dots between ads, emails, and lead scoring is a major plus.
This is not your typical “marketing operations” role—it’s growth acceleration at its finest. If you love building marketing engines, automating the impossible, and making content go further, faster—this is for you.
Requirements
* Be the Amplifier – Take one great piece of content and turn it into short-form clips, social posts, blogs, newsletters, and ads—all through automation.
* Build the Machine – Implement and manage automation tools like Zapier, Gumloop, and AI-powered workflows to streamline content repurposing and distribution.
* Own the Flow – Optimize every stage of the marketing funnel, from lead generation to nurturing and conversion via email strategy, ensuring no opportunity is lost.
* Track Everything, Lose Nothing – Set up rock-solid tracking, attribution, and analytics so we know what’s working, what’s scaling, and what’s flopping.
* Work with our agency – Ensure paid traffic is fully optimized, every click is accounted for, and we’re getting the best bang for our marketing buck.
