The Role What Youll Be Doing As a Field Service Engineer, youll provide front-line engineering support across customer sites, ensuring equipment is: Installed and commissioned correctly Maintained to manufacturer standards Diagnosed and repaired efficiently Supported in line with agreed SLAs Youll work on electrical and mechanical systems, including payment terminals, barriers, ANPR systems, ticketing equipment and associated hardware. Daily responsibilities include: Electrical and mechanical fault finding Installation and commissioning of new equipment First-line customer training on system use Reactive callouts and preventative maintenance Accurate service documentation and reporting Direct liaison with customers on-site Youll report to the Technical Support Manager and play a key role in maintaining service excellence. What Were Looking For We want practical, hands-on engineers with strong diagnostic skills.
