This role is ideal for a recently qualified GP, offering the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and confidence in a supportive environment. We are looking to build on our existing team of motivated Clinical Practitioners. We believe there is ample opportunity within the organisation to improve patient care, and this job can be an exciting part of this journey. The successful candidate will have access to direct mentoring and supervision from experienced Partners. As an educationally focused organisation, we support ongoing education. The role involves acute patient assessment via history taking, management of long-term conditions, health promotion, and lifestyle advice. You will also be allocated administration time for patient follow-up work.

We will ensure that you are trained in all the competencies required for the role.

About us

We serve approximately 17,000 socially and culturally diverse patients from a large, modern, purpose-built facility offering a range of services beyond traditional GP healthcare. Our Community Hub, located in reception, promotes overall wellbeing with activities such as walking, knitting, and gardening, working with social prescribers.

We operate a nationally recognised social prescribing service and have a high standing in our locality.

The practice comprises GPs, Nurses, HCAs, TNA, a Physiotherapist, and Physician Associates, supported by an experienced management and administration team committed to excellent patient care.
