Our client, a well-established business based in Northampton, is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven individual to play a key role in delivering actionable insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the organisation.
Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Insights
* Write SQL queries to extract and analyse data.
* Create reports and dashboards using analytics tools.
* Present insights to senior stakeholders to guide decisions.
* Track performance and trends across departments.
Data Management
* Maintain clean, accurate data in the CRM and internal systems.
* Manage third-party data and enrichment processes.
* Ensure data governance and integrity.
Data Strategy
* Shape and refine data strategy to support growth.
* Improve data architecture, reporting, and integrations.
* Recommend tools and processes to scale data use.
* Enable data-driven targeting, efficiency, and sales.
