We have a Community Staff Nurse position available within the team, based at Minehead Community hospital and Williton Community hospital. Whichever base you choose the team cross-cover the whole area. Our service covers the urban and rural areas of West Somerset, from the Quantock Hills to Exmoor. These positions are dayshifts and are usually 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. You'll also work one twilight shift per week (2pm-10pm) and one in four weekends which include additional unsocial hours enhanced payments. There are no night shifts. We offer flexible working solutions where possible to ensure a work-life balance and part-time hours will be considered. You'll need to be a car driver with your own vehicle to visit patients. We offer a generous mileage allowance to cover the use of your car for NHS business, which includes both mileage and depreciation.
