The Role
An opportunity has become available for a Mechanical Engineer to join an established team on one of our static sites. The Engineer will be very well-rounded and despite being Mechanical bias also be confident with building controls and fabric work.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Being a Mechanically biased skilled engineer with a sound knowledge of booster pumps, Building Services (water, gas, heating and ventilation, waste), BMS monitoring systems, PPMs, etc.
2. Having a flexible attitude with a can do approach and who is prepared to work outside their skill base to provide a customer based service.
3. Be prepared to undertake training as required by the post and the Technical Services Manager.
4. Having administration skills to maintain computer based and hard copy systems for statutory inspections and tests.
5. Be able to react and work on their own initiative on an on call system.
