They offer full MEP design and consultancy services, with a strong focus on innovation and client satisfaction.Your new role Our client is seeking an Associate Electrical Design Engineer to join their Building Services team. This is a senior-level position, ideal for someone ready to take ownership of projects and lead electrical design delivery within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring technical excellence across all stages of design. What you'll need to succeed Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent). Significant experience in electrical building services design, ideally 8 years, with proven leadership responsibilities. Strong proficiency in design software such as Amtech, Dialux, Revit, and AutoCAD. In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and standards (e.g., BS7671, CIBSE). Ability to lead projects, manage resources, and deliver to deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a track record of building strong client relationships.
