We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist with a passion for stroke rehabilitation and team working to join us and help to develop the provision of specialist communication and swallowing rehab. Advert To provide specialist speech and language t herapy assessment, diagnosis and treatment to adults with communication and swallowing problems within the adult SLT service and stroke team To work independently with the support and supervision of clinical leads To work in patients’ homes and community To work as an integrated member of the SLT team and stroke team To work with members of the multidisciplinary stroke team, including nursing, therapists and assistant staff To be involved in ongoing training to the multidisciplinary team.
