Role summary Assisting our Finance Assistant with their work. The efficient operation of the Finance department and the services it offers to the larger organisation depend on the collection, processing, and general financial administration of financial data as well as data entry. You will have to help maintain the efficient functioning of the Finance department and the larger firm by carrying out a variety of financial management tasks. Your new role Handling purchase invoice queries Monitor accounts inboxes and escalate issues as and when required Reconcile supplier statements, process missing invoices Purchase ledger processing, which is 90% Support the wider Finance function as required to maintain and continuously improve service to the business What you'll need to succeed Bookkeeping qualifications such as AAT Experience of using accounting systems Excellent mathematical skills Experience of using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint What you'll get in return A competitive salary (£15 per hour) Pension scheme contributions.
