Location: Yorkshire (Leeds-based with regional travel)

Salary: Up to £45k + performance bonus

As we continue to expand our footprint and elevate our brand across the North of England, we are looking for an exceptional Regional Sales Trainer to develop and empower our growing team of Treatment Coordinators (TCOs) and sales professionals.

Position Overview

As our Regional Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing sales training programs that enhance performance, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction across multiple clinic locations. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our team communicates our services with confidence, empathy, and precision—translating Yorkshire Dental Suite’s premium service into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver in-person and virtual sales training programs tailored to the dental and aesthetics industry.
* Coach new and existing Treatment Coordinators (TCOs) on consultative selling techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
* Regularly assess sales performance metrics across locations and identify training needs.
* Conduct on-site visits to support, coach, and shadow teams across Yorkshire clinics.
* Collaborate with clinic managers and the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation and sales approach.
* Keep training materials and processes aligned with evolving service offerings and compliance standards (GDC/CQC).
* Inspire a high-performance sales culture that reflects Yorkshire Dental Suite’s values and commitment to excellence.

Requirements

* Proven experience in sales training, preferably in a healthcare, dental, or aesthetic setting.
* Strong knowledge of consultative selling and customer experience principles.
* Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust training accordingly.
* Ability to travel across multiple sites in Yorkshire as needed.
* Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a similar patient-facing role is highly advantageous.

Desirable Qualities

* Energetic and motivational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
* Empathy-driven approach with a strong belief in patient-centered care.
* Familiarity with CRM and dental practice management software (e.g., Dentally, SOE).
* Comfortable with public speaking and group facilitation.
