What you’ll be doing:
* Managing your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
* Handling a varied and high-quality workload while meeting performance targets
* Working closely with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
* Delivering clear, concise, and commercially practical advice
* Maintaining high standards of risk management and regulatory compliance
* Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships
* Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the department
* Collaborating with colleagues as part of a supportive and high-performing team
About you:
* Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
* Strong experience in residential property law
* Confident managing your own caseload independently
* Solid understanding of compliance and risk management
* Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a genuine enthusiasm to develop
