We are on the lookout for a Communications Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environment and take pride in delivering high levels of service to our fantastic brand design team.
Purpose:
1. Your role will be to provide critical administrative support across the Communications Team and support with operational processes and feeding into the wider Communications Team strategy.
2. You will be working on processes which are in the interest of the brand and the Team, as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional activations and marketing campaigns whilst building stronger relationships with media, both traditional and modern.
3. Play an important role in supporting the Communications Team to deliver strategy and enhance the reputation of our F1 Team and F1 Academy programme, as world class leaders in sport.
4. Play an important role in supporting the Communications Team to deliver a corporate communications strategy around Red Bull Ford Powertrains, Red Bull Advanced Technology and the Team’s many partners.
Accountabilities:
5. Lead administrative support for the Communications Team, including race-by-race planning, scheduling, logistics and maintenance of materials for both trackside and factory operations.
6. Oversee campaign evaluation and reporting across the Communications Team, providing regular updates on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
7. Manage the Communications Team’s meetings and diaries and coordinate workflow to ensure efficient team structure and productivity.
8. Work with the Corporate Communications lead and Partnerships Team to support on external communications.
9. Maintain and optimise the Team’s internal database systems to enhance overall functionality and communication efficiency.
10. Support internal filming projects, including coordination and content review to ensure alignment with brand standards.
11. Contribute to the development and execution of the external Communications strategy across all media platforms, including identifying and distributing key stories to media outlets, media monitoring as well as supporting on activations and special projects.
12. Collaborate closely with other departments within the wider marketing team to facilitate seamless communication.
