Year 6 Class Teacher – Putney

Start Date: January 2026 (with paid time in class beforehand)

A welcoming and supportive primary school in Putney is seeking an experienced and confident Year 6 Teacher to join their team from January 2026. The school would like the successful candidate to spend time in the classroom before January to get to know the pupils and work alongside the current class teacher during the transition period.
About the Role:
This is a full-time Year 6 teaching post that includes planning responsibilities. To support this, the school is able to offer two afternoons per week out of class for planning, preparation, and assessment. You’ll take on full teaching duties from January, working with a collaborative and experienced team to ensure a smooth and successful Year 6 journey for the pupils.
