Our client based in Antrim is looking for an Admin Officer to join their team.
Job Description:
* Create and maintain customer accounts on Account NI for billing purposes within 4 working days.
* Issue invoices and credit notes to customers (including students) via line management within 4 working days.
* Create accounts for ERS payments.
* Process self-billing ERS payments within the specified timeframe.
* Daily receipting of card, cash, and cheque payments on Account NI.
* Reconcile Worldpay receipts with Learner Management System (REMS).
* Process petty cash reimbursements via BMAP payments.
* Maintain spreadsheets related to finance tasks.
* Liaise with internal and external customers via public counter, email, and telephone.
* Electronically file information into records database.
Qualifications:
* 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (certificate proof required).
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desirable Skills:
* Computer skills including Word, Excel, emails, and familiarity with working with figures.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Good interpersonal and team skills.
* Previous experience working with Account NI is advantageous.
