We are excited to offer a Digital Account Manager position based in Ipswich. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The agency provides digital marketing solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. The Digital Marketing Team develops commercially focused strategies to create successful digital campaigns, working closely to ensure client goals are met and exceeded.
As part of The Client Experience Team, the Digital Account Manager will set objectives and KPIs to measure the success of marketing efforts managed by the Marketing Services Team.
The role requires conveying expert knowledge, maintaining focus, and planning effectively as an internal stakeholder for clients.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate with the Marketing Services and Client Experience Teams to ensure digital marketing strategies are implemented on time and within budget.
* Organize client meetings, prepare agendas, and compile contact reports.
* Communicate proactively with clients via email and calls, ensuring same-day responses.
* Conduct new client consultancy meetings and set up management systems.
* Complete digital briefing documentation for digital marketing consultants.
* Create digital marketing strategies based on client briefs and consultations.
* Set achievable and reportable marketing objectives in collaboration with clients and the servicing team.
* Identify opportunities for additional services and budget increases with clear ROI.
* Educate clients on onboarding, strategy, planning, production, implementation, and reporting processes.
* Ensure campaign planning and production meet client expectations and address their needs.
* Review client performance reports, highlight positive data, and investigate negative performance.
* Manage client portal setup, reports, and data security policies.
* Monitor production schedules and communicate delays to the Head of Marketing Services.
* Report risks, complaints, and cancellations promptly and collaborate on resolutions.
