Why this role matters
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and delivery—designing practical, scalable solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring technical feasibility. You’ll collaborate with clients, architects, and account managers, supporting projects from concept to completion and ensuring every solution delivers real value
What you’ll be doing
* Partner with Account Managers to understand business objectives and capture technical requirements.
* Translate requirements into actional solution designs and proposals.
* Develop compelling, technically robust proposals aligned with customer needs.
* Provide technical oversight during implementation, ensuring alignment with approved designs.
* Act as a trusted advisor to delivery teams, resolving technical challenges.
* Offer technical expertise across solution areas to support internal teams.
* Maintain accurate records in ServiceNow, including customer interactions and proposals.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in solution architecture or technical consultancy.
* Strong understanding of enterprise IT Solutions and architectures.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience writing proposals and managing governance processes.
* Ability to lead customer-facing technical discussions and influence outcomes.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
