Description
As the Marketing Manager you will have the following responsibilities:
Lead a small team to develop and execute a B2B marketing strategy; owning the marketing plan and budget for the UK
Plan and run multi-channel lead generation campaigns through events, paid media, SEO, CRM, and traditional advertising
Collaborate with sales to develop account-based marketing programmes for high-value prospects
Create compelling thought leadership assets including white papers, case studies, videos, and sales enablement tools
Plan and deliver industry events and exhibitions to generate qualified leads and strengthen the brand presence
Manage relationships with key partners, Group marketing, the press, and industry bodies
Develop incentive programmes in partnership with sales to motivate partners and drive business.Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
Proven experience within B2B - essential (ideally within automotive, industrial, telematics etc)
Proven experience with leading and delivering events - essential
Experience in PR and a solid understanding of digital marketing
Excellent communication skills
Strong stakeholder management

Competitive salary ranging from £40,500 to£45,000 DOE
Hybrid working - office based x 3 days a week, with 2 days from home
