Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of domiciliary care services, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations.
* Lead, inspire, and support a team of dedicated care staff to deliver exceptional care.
* Develop and maintain personalised care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.
* Manage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to optimise service delivery.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders to promote high standards of care.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Manager who has:
* Proven experience in managing domiciliary care services.
* Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in care.
* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.
* A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent is preferred.
