Looking for a strong and enthusiastic Sous hef to join team. The pub serves modern british pub food. It's situated on Gloucester road in Bristol.
* What we're looking for:
Experience in a busy kitchen (Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up)
Experience in fresh food production
Someone who stays cool under pressure
A team player with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
* Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and supervising kitchen staff.
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency.
* Collaborate with the team to create innovative menu items that reflect current trends.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
* Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
* Ensure that all dishes are prepared to specification and presented well

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
