Adult Social Worker - Mental Wellbeing Team £38.00ph Mid-Wales Full time hours About the role: Working with adults with mental health issues and within dementia services We will require the individual to work with a caseload of around 20 to 25 service users / carers. You will be expected to travel to Ceredigion and other counties when necessary to undertake assessments, reviews, care plans. About you: You will need to be competent in their knowledge and use of SSWBA and MCA. Working knowledge of the court of protection process is desired A degree in Social Work or equivalent Registered with Social Care Wales/ Social Work England Completed relevant post-qualifying training Enhanced DBS check Excellent communication and written skills Why Work with Pertemps Social Care?
