Job Summary:
As the Strategic Account Manager, you will be the primary customer contact with established Large Accounts within the High Tech Industry and Ensures continued growth of CSA Group services. You will coordinate CSA Group activities and contacts for customers and ensures that we provide ‘one face’ to our customers. You will guide strategic planning around customer needs and service enhancements, develop account strategies and forecast sales opportunities and implement and execute strategic plans to attain corporate objectives.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Initiates the sales process, providing preliminary and ongoing information to existing clients
2. Manages the sales process by promptly responding to all inquiries and visits with clients as necessary to present information regarding CSA Group services
3. Prioritizes work assignments and follow-up responses to client inquiries and proposals
4. Manages the relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities within the assigned accounts, and develops the strategy to secure new business and communicates effectively with Operations for a seamless approach
5. Prepares cost proposals of services for clients, using applicable questionnaires and worksheets
6. Maintains accurate and complete client files, including the input of new/existing client information into the shared sales database
7. Identifies and communicates opportunities and competitive trends
8. Develops ongoing business relationships and networks with clients and industry related groups
9. Provides written and verbal reports including sales reports, expense reports, customer visit reports, and customer presentations in a timely matter as required
10. Must be willing to travel as much as 50% of time and on weekends as required
Preferred Education & Experience:
11. Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years Sales experience or equivalent industry experience

14. Proven experience dealing with large organizations at senior level
15. Coordinate Internal Cross Region Meetings
16. Ability to create, prepare and execute complex business strategies while organizing multiple projects and job responsibilities
17. Ability to proactively resolve complex problems, and through effective internal collaboration build outstanding client relationships with customers at all levels in the organization
18. Organized and Schedule at least 1 Annual meeting with Sr. CSA and client Leadership
19. Strong initiative and ability to develop new customer contacts
20. Able to maintain positive contacts within the organization to exchange, explain and interpret information or ideas and follow-up on client requests
21. Strong organization and time management skills
22. Creativity and project management skills to plan for projects, events and conferences
23. High level of initiative and motivation to meet or exceed targeted goals with minimal supervision
24. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM database applications
25. Ability to prepare cost proposals promptly to meet customers’ needs
