As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to maximise uptime.
Overseeing the operation of lasers, press brakes, punch machines, welding equipment and sheet metal machinery.
Monitor machine performance data and drive actions to improve reliability and quality.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
Collaborate with production, quality and supply chain for operational flow.
As a Production Manager, your experience will include:
Engineering management or maintenance leadership within manufacturing.
Technical knowledge of sheet metal processing machinery.
Experience delivering structured maintenance planning and improvements.
Leading and developing technical teams in a fast-paced production setting.
Understanding of lean principles and impact on machine performance
