This is a brilliant opportunity to join a creative and fast-paced agency team, fully embedded with an exciting client in the food and events space.
You’ll be the go-to for all things digital - from daily web management and content updates to bigger picture projects like a full site migration, brand refresh, and UX improvements. A hands on role where you can make a lot of impact.

The role
This is a key hire for the client’s Food division. You’ll be leading website content, experience and performance, with a remit to improve customer journeys and drive engagement and ticket sales. Key focus areas include:
* Managing day-to-day website updates, content, landing pages and tagging
* Owning the user journey and recommending UX improvements
* Overseeing a website migration and upcoming upgrades
* Managing stakeholders across marketing, design and IT
* Working closely with SEO and analytics teams to optimise performance
* Acting as the go-between for client and agency, balancing internal and external needs
* Keeping web content on brand, compliant and performance led
You
You’re confident owning a website, technically capable, and able to collaborate across departments. This would suit someone from either agency or brand side backgrounds. You’ll need:
* 5+ years experience managing and improving websites
* Hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (similar CMS might be considered)
* Strong technical understanding - basic coding (HTML, CSS, JS) and analytics tools (GA, Adobe)
* A clear grasp of SEO, tagging, UX and web compliance (WCAG, GDPR)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Comfortable in a client facing role with multiple moving parts.
* Experience in B2B or ticketed events would be a bonus.
