Role:
The role will suit an experienced candidate who is immediately available for work on a temporary basis.
Duties will include:
1. Taking a proactive approach to customer service.
2. Confident to see through a disciplinary procedure
3. Recruitment and staffing
4. Capability procedures/ performance management
5. Perform various administration duties including booking meetings, printing and photocopying
6. Updating and maintaining the internal database, including invoice queries
7. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of data
8. Dealing with internal/external queries via email and phone
Person:
9. Excellent Communication Skills
10. Hold strong system skills - including MS Excel
11. Administrative experience
