Main area Podiatry – Grade Band 3 – Contract Permanent: Full time. Hours (Monday‑Friday 08:30‑16:45) – 30 hours per week. Site: St Catherine’s Health Centre, Town Birkenhead. Salary: £25,760 – £27,476 per annum (pro rata). Job ref: 844‑7784238‑B. Closing date: 27/05/2026 23:59.
Job summary
Following appropriate training, the post holder will assist in the delivery of podiatry services, including:
* Implementing individualised patient care plans as prescribed by a registered Podiatrist.
* Manufacturing, finishing and fitting orthoses as prescribed by a podiatrist.
* Communicating with the public, professional and non‑professional staff.
* Accessing a suitable vehicle for work purposes.
Qualifications and professional training
* Basic level of education in maths and English.
* Ability to undertake relevant foot care qualification where required.
* NVQ Level 3 in foot care, equivalent qualification or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience and knowledge
* Willingness to participate in continued professional development.
* Previous work experience in a health or social care environment.
