We are looking for a Sous Chef to join the team at a highly regarded West London restaurant, led by a renowned and widely respected Head Chef. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen, supporting a celebrated culinary leader while contributing to an ever-evolving, seasonal, and ingredient-led menu.
What We Offer:
Salary between £46,000 £50,000 (plus service charge)
Overtime paid in full

What Youll Do:
Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen efficiently, maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation
Prepare dishes to the highest standard, ensuring timing and execution are precise across service
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen at all times
Work collaboratively with a motivated brigade to deliver seamless service
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
Be adaptable, fast-paced, and ready to step in wherever needed during service
Who Were Looking For:
A Sous Chef or experienced Chef de Partie with fine-dining experience
Clean, diligent, and highly organised, with strong attention to detail
Fast-paced, energetic, and able to thrive under pressure
Team-oriented and enthusiastic, ready to contribute to a young, ambitious kitchen
