Job Summary
Temporary until 4th July 2026.
We may conduct our interviews in person or via Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and internet access. Guidance and instructions will be provided for virtual interviews.
The Welfare Rights Officer will provide outreach sessions in Food Larders across North Ayrshire, conduct benefits checks, support clients in applying for benefits and charitable grants, and assist clients in challenging benefit decisions to ensure effective service delivery.
