Overview

To operate Company aircraft efficiently and safely in support of the Company’s drilling, production and engineering operations, both onshore and offshore in accordance with the respective regulations of the USA Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), the Canadian Civil Aviation (CCA), of the applicable state/country of operation and aviation standards as expressed within the Shell Aircraft Standards & Guidance Manual for Aircraft Operators. Pilot. To report known errors, lack of or missing information in all BSPs governing documents. Responsible for the following for pre-flights: Check FDM (Flight Data Monitoring). Check current weather conditions, ensure flight is planned and operated in accordance with the limitations and guidance provided in the BSP’s Operations Manuals. Review Aircraft tech. log to ensure Aircraft is airworthy for flight. Ensure Aircraft is flown in accordance with all limitations and guidance provided in the RFM and Company Ops Manual and ensure SOPs are adhered to at the highest standard. Complete aircraft pre-flight inspection and checks prior to departure, if any abnormalities are identified they are to be reported in the Aircraft Tech Log. Responsible for the following on return to Base: Report unserviceable items to ensure aircraft airworthiness; engage with Engineers, make a tech log entry and rectify accordingly. Complete and sign tech. log along with all other required documents. Report any occurrences, errors, hazards that were or could have been encountered during flight and ensure this is entered in company ISMS reporting system. Report items such as Medevacs, oil spills, bird strikes, error of manifest or load plans, errors of fuel calculations, wrong site landings and/or all other items required to be reported by the company operations manual. Qualifications

Valid SK92 Type rating UK; Canada; (dependent on

Pilot ’s country of Origin) or EASA ATPL-H (IR) or Equivalent; Night Rating; license duly validated by the USA/Canada DCA; Unrestricted Aviation Medical Experience

Total Flight Time in Command Multi-Engine Helicopters 1,500 hours. Time in Command on Type 100 hours. Operations to fixed and moving platforms offshore 500 hours. Certification/accreditation Required

Recurrent training and checking document
