We are looking for a friendly, warm and service-oriented F&B Reservations Manager to join the team at The London EDITION.
As F&B Reservations Manager you will:
18. Be responsible for overseeing the complete reservations lifecycle for all dining venues, private dining rooms, bars, and supported event spaces
19. Ensure an exceptional guest journey from the first contact
20. Maximize revenue through strategic table and demand management
21. Ensure booking strategies align with operational capacity and business objectives.
22. Partner closely with operational teams to deliver seamless service
23. Act as a key liaison between guests and the Food & Beverage leadership team

29. Has strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations, table flow, and guest psychology
30. Has a high proficiency with reservations systems and CRM platforms
