Strengthen employee care, foster a positive organizational atmosphere, improve employee engagement and satisfaction, and build a harmonious and stable labor relationship.</li><li>Cultural Inheritance and Development: As a company culture ambassador, promote the recognition and practice of corporate culture within business departments. Organize cultural activities to foster a positive team culture. Monitor the implementation of company values and management philosophies in business units to support healthy organizational development.</li><li>Data and Decision Support: Analyze HR data to identify organizational and team issues, and provide decision‑making support to business leaders.
