Job Description:
Coordinates the logistical support functions for the Office of Finance in a cost effective and timely manner. Involves procurement through eVa or the Small Purchase Credit Card, the coordination of meetings and travel and other essencial functions to support the efficient operation. Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to complete work assignments in a timely fashion while multi-tasking. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to perform in a professional manner in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines when completing shared office tasks. Demonstrate good keyboarding skills and knowledge of standard office software. Demonstrated ability to perform bookkeeping.Additional Considerations:
