Working Hours & Location We believe in flexibility—you should work where you do your best work. ✅ Hybrid working: Most of our team spends 1–2 days per week in the office ✅ Offices in Birmingham, Exeter & London ✅ Core hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM UK time (flexible start and finish times) ✅ Some travel may be required for client meetings (with notice) While we support remote working, we may ask you to be in the office more often during your first few months, to help you settle in and get up to speed with the team and our ways of working. You’ll work closely with our Client Engagement Directors, as well as our Development and Insight teams, to bring together customer insights and Good Growth Technology (GGT) capabilities to deliver high-impact changes in days, not months. You’ll love this role if you enjoy : ✅ Leading high-impact digital projects ✅ Managing relationships with big-name brands ✅ Working in a fast-paced, agile environment ✅ Collaborating with developers, analysts & marketers This role may not be right for you if : ❌ You prefer a highly structured, corporate environment ❌ You want to specialise in a single discipline—this role is varied ❌ You’re looking for a fully remote role with no office time What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) - Managing client relationships – Acting as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction. - Overseeing project milestones – Keeping projects on track by managing timelines, dependencies, and internal planning. - Aligning teams & resources – Working closely with developers, analysts, and strategists to ensure smooth project execution. - Coordinating planning with clients – Leading conversations around priorities, expectations, and deliverables. - Ensuring internal & external project visibility – Keeping teams aligned with clear reporting and documentation. - Managing QA & knowledge sharing – Ensuring lessons are learned and shared across the team. - Helping refine our processes – Improving efficiency and ensuring best-in-class project delivery. About You We’re looking for organised, proactive problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
