Due to continued investment, they are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineers to join their Estates and Facilities team. In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of building and plant systems, including HVAC, boilers, and other essential infrastructure. You'll monitor and maintain systems using a Building Management System (BMS) and ensure operations run smoothly across the site. You'll also take part in an on-call rota (6-8 weeks per year) to help maintain 24/7 operational readiness. The ideal candidate will have completed a recognised apprenticeship or hold equivalent qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering. You'll have a strong knowledge of building services and maintenance, and familiarity with BMS and HVAC systems. A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel between local sites are essential.
