Compliance / Audit Recruitment Consultant (360 Role)

We’re looking for an experienced biller (circa £150k–£200k+) who thrives in a full lifecycle recruitment role — from business development through to candidate delivery and placement.
The Role
Full 360 recruitment position within Compliance / Audit markets
Build, develop, and own your client base
Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end
Work with high-value clients and senior-level candidates
Drive revenue and grow your desk with autonomy
What We’re Looking For
Proven billing history (£150k–£200k+ preferred)
Strong experience in Compliance or Audit recruitment
Confident in business development and client management
Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
Comfortable working in a 360 capacity
