Applicants should meet the following criteria:
1. Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing, or
2. Registered Nurse Level 2 with relevant competencies for the role.
Evidence of relevant clinical professional development, preferably evidenced by certification, RN with valid NMC Registration.
Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
At least 1 year post-qualification experience is preferable.
Previous experience working within the acute healthcare sector.
Duties of this role include:
1. Ensuring that standards of patient care are consistently maintained in accordance with operational policies and procedures.
2. Maintaining and enhancing customer service and satisfaction for service users.
3. Promoting and safeguarding the well-being and interests of patients, employees, and visitors as a skilled member of the nursing team.
4. Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care.
5. Preparing and maintaining clinical records in line with NMC standards for records and record keeping.
6. Conducting oneself professionally within the standards set by the NMC Code of Conduct and the HCPC.
