Shift

Monday- Friday 5:30am - 1:45pm / 1:45pm - 10:00pm

About the Role:

This role involves supporting our team who build our sofas.

Your responsibilities may include:

* Cushion filling (Manually inserting the correct filling into cushion cases and attaching buttons)
* Wood picking (Picking wood components for sofa frames)
* Fabric picking (Select and pick the correct pieces)
* Packing / Wrapping sofas (Work in a 2 person team)
* Loading / Unloading on and off lorries
* General Support (Performing various essential tasks to support the wider manufacturing team, ensuring a smooth and efficient production flow)

We're looking for a dedicated individual who:

* Is comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling.
* Who will be able to comfortably use heavy trolleys throughout your shift.
* Possesses a good eye for detail and strong attention to detail.
* Demonstrates commitment to working efficiently and meeting targets.
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Is able to adhere to strict health and safety regulations.
* Is capable of working independently
* Has a desire to learn new skills and apply them where required.
