An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based on Wrexham Industrial Estate.
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday plus 1 in 5 Saturday morning (9am – 12 noon)
Salary: £26,000 annual
Computer keyboard skills and a warm and efficient telephone manner are essential to greet the many people who phone our customer service team each day, entering customer orders and delivery data onto the computer system and dealing with any queries that may arise.
The successful candidate will have strong inter-personal skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships, be able to work on their own and in a team and be able to demonstrate a professional approach. They will be able to prioritise workload, work under pressure and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. They will also have experience of Microsoft excel and word.
The successful candidate must hold:
-GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C and above in English and Maths
-Have experience of working with the public
-Ideally have at least two years in a similar, fast paced telephony based position
