What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking ownership of the day‑to‑day running of the building and its facilities
* Acting as the friendly, reliable point of contact for tenants, contractors and service partners
* Ensuring the building meets all health & safety standards and compliance requirements
* Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, including managing contractors
* Carrying out regular inspections to keep the building safe, clean and operating at a high standard
* Supporting budgeting, reporting and accurate record‑keeping
* Responding quickly and confidently to urgent issues or maintenance needs
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
* Experience in building or facilities management
* Strong communication and customer‑service skills
* A solid understanding of health & safety requirements
* Confidence managing contractors and overseeing maintenance tasksA proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently
